If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may exchange within 7 days of receipt of the goods except for jewellery, swim wear and cosmetics. No exchanges will be made for jewellery, swim wear and cosmetics. Customer must pay the additional shipping and any additional charges which may incur as a result of the exchange. Customer is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.
In order to exchange products, requested for the exchange must be of the same value or higher. We will not exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased.
Please be aware that in order to receive an exchange, the item(s) (except for jewellery, swim wear and cosmetics which will not be exchanged) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included as part of your return. We will not accept returns that do not adhere to the specified conditions outlined and will be returned to you.
Jewellery, cosmetics, briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms will not be exchanged.
All exchanges should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.

For the purpose of exchange, please specify the product information you require and we will process this for you. You will receive confirmation of your exchange within 48 hours.
If you have received an item from Love Shop Pray as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value, but must pay the additional shipping and any additional charges which may incur as a result of the exchange.
